Bottling & ConditioningIt's time to sanitize all those bottle! We bottle condition all our beer (this means we carbonate it naturally with sugar in the bottles). We then leave it at room temperature for 7-14 days before putting it in the cooler at 35 degrees. This keeps it fresher longer while we enjoy it!
